Client-Side Processing: Our operational model prioritizes data security through local processing. Data is processed on client devices or client-controlled infrastructure. We do not operate a centralized cloud database containing client financial records.

When we perform reconciliation, audit preparation, or tax analysis, we work with data exports provided by the client. Upon completion of deliverables, client data is returned or deleted according to client instructions.

3. Information We Collect

Contact Information: Name, email, phone number for communication purposes.
Business Information: Entity name, jurisdiction, license information as needed for services.
Financial Data: Inventory records, sales data, and tax filings as provided for specific engagements.

4. How We Use Information

Information is used solely for the purpose of delivering contracted advisory services, including tax strategy, compliance reconciliation, and CPA coordination. We do not sell, rent, or share client information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Client data retention is controlled by the client. Upon termination of services or client request, all client data in our possession is deleted or returned within 30 days. We may retain minimal records (engagement dates, invoice history) for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Security Measures

We employ encryption for data in transit, secure communication channels, and access controls. Our preference for local/client-side processing minimizes exposure to third-party infrastructure risks.

7. Website Analytics

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard web analytics (page views, geographic region) in aggregate. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
